Accessing a private static C# variable

Variables in BOLDALLCAPS are things you put in yourself. 

First make sure you have:
using System.Reflection;

Getting access to the field:
var fieldInfo = typeof(CLASSNAME).GetField("FIELDNAME", BindingFlags.NonPublic | BindingFlags.Static);

Getting the field value:
FIELDTYPE myVariable = (FIELDTYPE)fieldInfo;

Setting the field value:
fieldInfo.SetValue(null, myVariable);

Planet coaster's building tools remind me of RCT3's one (who would've guessed). Though the path system is really flexible and deals with no grids very well, it's not so good for precise thing like say connecting two buildings adjacent to each other.

In namespace App\Services\Auth (you will need to make a directory for this if none preexisting), use Illuminate\Auth\SessionGuard to get the parent and create class CustomSessionGuard extends SessionGuard.

16/07/16 - Game Finished

Finally got around to finishing Kirby's Return to Dream Land! I say finish, not complete because it's got an extra mode. Unfortunately I'm not too keen on the completionism on console games since if I'm at home I'd rather be doing something on my PC (wow really). But now: Triple Deluxe on 3ds whoop!

Fun Fact: This took roughly 6-8 hours to transcribe including some procrastination.

Working out how you want your background to look like a is very iterative process. As is figuring out what kind of shading and art style works with each other. Or not.

Most definitely not done in the style of a game concept art. Also huzzah for actually completing something on the same day I started it, in no more than 4 hours too!

Release: Pick Pack 1.9

Yay I updated it for 1.9, which means modifying json files for visual cues to damage and stuff! As well as a few minor icon/particle adjustments, this also fixes a few graphical glitches on things like chests that the previous versions had an issue with. I don't even play Minecraft that often though why am I doing this.

Download v1.9
A modification on various textures and items for the sake of it. Previously went by the name of Some Tiles due to changes made to various blocks, and also before that as Pick Pack (due to the original emphasis of making tools look less boring). Maybe it should be called Pick Tiles.

Tech vs Read: Why I pick "bad" characters

I like the Smash Brothers series a lot, and I will also admit I'm not a competitive player. But I do know that I can win matches playing low tier characters in Sm4sh, even against somewhat competent online players pulling off fancy combos, tech-ing and generally being a better player who's probably put more hours into the game. In part it helps that Sm4sh more balanced than previous instalments, but in some ways I like to think it also comes down the ability to read the opponent.
