The NI Tank

Put simply, the Russians put a large metal box with whatever guns they had lying around on a tractor and sent them off to help fight Germans in the early parts of the war. Their unusual design, armoured exterior and extremely loud engines basically meant they caused German infantry to fire fruitlessly and retreat in fear while they chugged along at a ridiculously slow pace. And towed away 24 German guns.
